What I do
About my research
My research focuses on understanding how pollutants affect aquatic organisms and ecosystems, combining ecotoxicology and marine environmental sciences. I study the mechanisms of toxicity, bioaccumulation, and the multi-level biological responses of marine species to contaminants.
Beyond assessing impacts, I aim to connect scientific knowledge with environmental governance and management strategies. By linking experimental research with monitoring and policy frameworks, my work contributes to actions that reduce anthropogenic pollution pressures on aquatic environments.
